I attended the Social Software Workshop which was very beneficial to me. I am a very visual person and after she explained RSS and delicious visually, the light went on. I wish that this class was offered at the beginning of this project, which may have assisted us with a better undertanding of some of the social softwares. This is another incredible piece of information that I will definitely use it at the Reference Desk.
